Vanessa Trump’s subtle Tiger Woods gesture as she supports daughter Kai at LPGA Tour debut

No sign of Tiger Woods as Kai Trump begins life as a pro golfer with mom Vanessa by her side | Daily Mail Online

Kai Trump is set to make her LPGA Tour debut this weekend at The Annika, but her grandfather, the former president, won’t be there. However, her mother, Vanessa, was by her side during the tournament’s pro-am event on Wednesday, subtly acknowledging her boyfriend, Tiger Woods.

Thanks to a sponsor exemption, 18 year old Kai Trump, who is still in high school, will make her professional debut this weekend in Belleair, Florida. She’s set to start her first year at Miami in 2026 with an LPGA event already under her belt. Woods is unlikely to be in attendance, but was recently spotted at an event for TaylorMade.

Kai mentioned that her grandfather, President Trump, won’t be present for her debut as he’s busy “running the world.” But Vanessa Trump, Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-wife, was there with her daughter for the pro-am session, even as Caitlin Clark drew larger crowds just a few holes behind on the back nine.

Vanessa Trump, who earlier this year, didn’t have him by her side on Wednesday. However, she did give a small nod to her partner through her choice of hat while supporting her daughter, sporting a Sun Day Red-branded cap.

Trump was seen wearing a black Sun Day Red baseball cap featuring a white Sun Day Red logo and the letters “S D R” encircling it.

The cap also had a logo on the side for The Genesis Invitational, an annual event hosted by Woods at the Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles.

Woods launched Sun Day Red in early 2024 after his iconic 27-year partnership with Nike came to an end.

A partnership with TaylorMade, the name comes from his signature red shirt worn on the final day of tournaments.

Woods and Vanessa Trump’s romance became public in March, with the couple confirming their relationship on social media while requesting privacy.

Before Kai Trump’s professional debut, she revealed guidance she got from one of golf’s all-time greats, who happens to be in a relationship with her mother.

“Yeah, I mean, he is the best golfer in the entire world,” Kai Trump said. “I would say that. And even better person.

“He told me to go out there and have fun and just go with the flow. Whatever happens, happens.”

She also talked about counsel from the president before the major debut.

“My grandpa pretty much told me go out there and have fun,” Trump said. “Just don’t get nervous. Try my best not to.”

Tiger Woods’s GF Vanessa Trump Breaks Silence on Kai Trump Being Granted LPGA Exemption

“It’s been a dream of mine to compete at the professional level. I’m thankful to the Pelican Golf Club for the invitation and can’t wait to tee it up with the best players in the world,” wrote Kai Trump, expressing her gratitude for her LPGA debut at ANNIKA. This indeed marks a momentous moment in Kai’s career, and it only makes sense for a loving mother like Vanessa to be there for her daughter.

A few hours ago, Vanessa shared a screenshot of The ANNIKA’s Instagram post announcing Kai’s invitation to the event. The post had Kai’s picture with the caption, “Look forward to watching you

This is not the first time that Vanessa has shown such an outwardly supportive attitude toward her 18-year-old daughter. She was happy to see her daughter commit to the University of Miami for the next chapter of her life. However, there have been moments of absence, too. During the Junior Invitational at Sage Valley in March, the same time her relationship rumors with Woods garnered attention, Vanessa skipped the event. Unsurprisingly, Kai struggled that week, finishing last after a brutal back nine.

Kai’s invitation to the LPGA’s most closely watched tournament is one is definitely an impressive first step. The Pelican event, held from November 13-16, carries a $3.25 million purse and is known to draw one of the strongest fields outside of the majors. This time too, the list is rich.

Nelly Korda, after an abrupt withdrawal from the International Crown, will be one of the names on the field. Along with her,Charley Hull, Brooke Henderson, and Lexi Thompson are some other names. With such elite golfers on the roster, it does make one wonder what qualification Kai holds to receive an invitation to the event. LPGA’s Chief Officer for Tour Business and Operations, Ricki Lasky, shed light on the matter.

“Sponsor invitations are an important way to spotlight emerging talent and bring new attention to our tournaments and the LPGA,” Lasky told the BBC.

In this scenario, Kai’s numbers back this approach up. She has more than six million combined followers across varied social media platforms. Her YouTube is a great success, with notable people often featuring in her videos. Moreover, she just launched her own apparel and lifestyle label and has become one of the most visible young golfers on social media. Still, for all these strategic approaches, this invitation for the teenager is part of her dream come true.

Tiger Woods, on the other hand, has stayed silent on Kai’s LPGA debut as of yet. He has never said anything about her or her golfing career. It should be noted that his son, Charlie Woods, attends the same school as Kai – The Benjamin School in Palm Beach. They’ve also been seen together at charity events and practice rounds. For his part, Charlie has been making impressive waves in junior golf, impressing his dad. One can only assume that Woods will have good things to say about Kai, too.

And we can support this claim because, apart from huge social media numbers, Kai Trump is, in fact, also a very talented player.

Kai Trump’s growing golf game shows genuine potential

While much of the attention around Kai Trump is focused on her famous lineage, her talent has also started turning heads. She has steadily built a foundation that reflects a genuine competitive intent. With a +0.5 handicap at Trump International Palm Beach, she plays to a level that qualifies as scratch golf. Meaning she’s capable of competing against strong amateurs and even lower-tier pro players.

Her victories in the 2022 and 2024 Women’s Club Championship at her home course back that up. She has also secured a third-place finish at the South Florida PGA event in July 2025. Meanwhile, at the Arnold Palmer Invitational Junior, she finished 26t,h and at the Dustin Johnson World Junior Championship, she registered a solo 29th. Currently, she’s ranked 461 in the AJGA rankings.

Kai will be joining the University of Miami Hurricanes women’s golf team for the Class of 2030. She made this commitment last year in August, and this step will take her further towards the pinnacle of women’s golf.

It’s been almost three decades since Tiger Woods announced himself on the global stage with a simple, ‘Hello, world.’

The brief statement marked the beginning of one of golf’s most illustrious careers. But this week the golf world was left asking if Woods would ever greet it again.

The prospect of Woods, 49, returning to competitive golf grew ever bleaker at the weekend when he announced that he had been forced to undergo yet another back operation to replace a collapsed disc in his spine.

It wasn’t surprising. After five health setbacks in four years, it could no longer truly come as a shock. Yet, Woods’ latest back surgery still came as a devastating blow.

For years, the writing has appeared to be on the wall. After every procedure, the world has questioned whether Woods, who hasn’t teed it up at Tour level since July 2024, has another comeback left in him.

Yet, time and time again, the Big Cat roared back and proved his doubters wrong. And a close friend of the golfing legend revealed that while Woods acknowledges that his career is coming to a close, he is eyeing one more comeback to bow out on his own terms.

‘He’s not stupid. He knows things are winding down, and he’s coming to terms with it,’ the insider admitted to The Daily Mail. ‘He’s turning 50 this year.

‘He won’t retire but he’s slowing down. He wants to do at least one more major and to perform well in it. He wants to end the career with a bang, not a whimper. But right now, we’ll have to see.’

The source close to Woods stressed that the golfer’s main focus at present is his recovery – and that will determine his future.

‘He’s not in denial, but he wants to push himself until there’s nothing more he can do. It depends on his recovery if he’s there yet or not. Seems pretty likely that he is,’ they added.

But Dr. Kern Singh, an expert in minimally invasive spinal surgery, clarified that it’s not a question of whether Woods can muster any form of sustained comeback but whether he should.

‘Physiologically, yes, a return to professional competition is possible if healing proceeds uneventfully,’ Dr. Singh, a co-director of the Minimally Invasive Spinal Institute at Rush in Illinois, told The Daily Mail.

‘Disc replacement aims to restore normal segmental motion and reduce the stress on adjacent levels – critical for an athlete reliant on rotational power. However, given his extensive surgical history, age, and the cumulative toll on his spine, the risk-benefit balance becomes more nuanced.

‘While he can return, whether he should depends on his tolerance for risk, long-term spinal health priorities, and quality-of-life considerations beyond golf. The more surgeries one accumulates, the narrower the margin for error becomes.’

Dr. Singh, who serves as a team physician for the NBA’s Chicago Bulls and the MLB’s Chicago White Sox, was quick to highlight that Woods previously underwent an L5-S1 Fusion – a procedure to permanently join two vertebrae – in 2017 and returned to win The Masters for a fifth time two years later.

‘I believe the major limitation for Tiger will be his leg and not his back,’ he added, referring to the traumatic injuries to Woods’ right leg and their lingering impact from the icon’s 2021 car crash.

Woods’ latest back surgery, the seventh of his career, was a lumbar disc replacement, which is a motion-preserving procedure.

The 82-time PGA Tour winner revealed that scans had shown a collapsed disk in his lower vertebrae, disk fragments and a compromised spinal canal, and that pain and a lack of mobility had necessitated the surgery.

Dr. Singh explained  most patients typically begin gradual recovery from such a surgery within four to six weeks.

But he warned that for an elite athlete such as Woods to return to peak competitive form the process could take at least six months and even up to a year.

He indicated that Woods would have to follow a highly-structured rehabilitation, focusing first on pain control and mobility, then progressive core strengthening, rotational stability, and eventual golf-specific mechanics.

The surgeon estimated that Woods wouldn’t be able to return to golf-specific motions, such as the rotation needed in the back swing, until at least three months into his recovery. Even then, it could ne an additional three months before fans see him close to swinging shape

The adoring masses have seen glimpses of Woods in recent months, albeit as a spectator rather than a competitor.

Amid his romance with Vanessa Trump, the ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr., Woods has been spotted supporting his son Charlie, 16, at various junior tournaments, including the US Junior Amateur Championship this summer.

But away from his TGL league, Woods has not played at Tour-level since The Open Championship in July 2024, with a prior back surgery accounting for much of his lay-off before he withdrew from the Genesis Invitational in February following the death of his mother.

His latest procedure marks his third major surgery in two years, having undergone the Achilles operation earlier this year, a microdecompression procedure in 2024 and an ankle surgery in 2023.

Woods, an 82-time winner on the PGA Tour, suffered extensive injuries from a horror, single-vehicle car crash in 2021 that broke his right leg and ankle and required emergency surgery.

He also miraculously won the 2008 US Open on a stress fracture in his left and a torn ACL. He underwent reconstructive surgery on his left knee to repair the ACL tear in June that year.

But Dr. Singh determined that it was the toll of Woods’ six previously back surgeries that could have compounded his need for the seventh.

He explained that the prior procedures likely changed the mechanics of his spine. The stress from prior fusions coupled with the repetitive impact from his golf swing could have accelerated the degeneration in his lower vertebrae and subsequently the collapsed disc.

‘The disc replacement at L4-5 was likely a downstream consequence of his earlier interventions and the mechanical demands of his sport,’ he said.

The previous procedures are also likely to affect his recovery this time around. Each successive spinal surgery increases the likelihood of scar tissue formation, reduced tissue compliance, and altered spinal biomechanics, which in turn lengthen the recovery process.

Yet, there is some hope on the horizon. Amid his analysis, Dr. Singh offered a reassuring verdict. If all goes according to plan, it should buy Woods at least enough to muster that last final ‘bang.’

‘In theory, it should provide better functional outcomes and longevity – if the surrounding segments remain healthy and the implant integrates well,’ he said.

‘However, given Woods’ history, the spine’s overall ‘reserve capacity’ is limited, so while this may buy him additional years of function, it’s not a guarantee of complete or indefinite symptom resolution.’

Last week, fans were offered a momentary glimmer of hope. The TGL indoor league, founded by Woods and Rory McIlroy, dangled a potential New Year comeback for Woods when it dropped the schedule for its forthcoming second season.

Five days later, they were left breathing another sigh of despair.

Woods described the choice to go under the knife once again as a ‘good decision for my health.’ For fans, it sparked fears that his career on the course could have finally met its end.

But it appears that if the Big Cat is saying goodbye, he’s doing it with a roar.

THROWBACK: How Tiger Woods’ relationship with Vanessa Trump got exposed: ‘Didn’t exactly love it’

Tiger Woods tried to keep his relationship with Vanessa Trump secret for as long as he could, according to the Daily Mail.

The golf legend hard-launched their relationship Sunday after rumors spread through the Benjamin School in Palm Beach — a private institution where Vanessa’s daughter Kai, 17, and Woods’ son Charlie, 16, and daughter Sam, 17, are enrolled — a member of the golfer’s inner circle said.

“He knew it would be a huge story when it came out and he didn’t exactly love it,” the insider said. “But obviously Tiger dating a Trump is always going to make headlines, which is exactly what he wanted to avoid.”

The Benjamin School is a private institution with a $38,595 tuition for grades 9-12.

Earlier this month, Woods supported Sam, a captain on the varsity girls soccer team, as the Buccaneers defeated the Episcopal School of Jacksonville, 1-0, to win the Florida 2A FHSAA state championship.

“Benjamin is like a small community and there’s nothing that rich people like to do more than gossip about each other. Frankly, I’m surprised that it was secret for so long,” the source told the Daily Mail.

Woods, 49, and Vanessa, 47, reportedly avoided going out in public together and discussing their relationship with friends in order to keep things private.

“They just quietly did their thing,” the source added. “But Tiger isn’t one to get kissy or handsy in public anyway.”

On Sunday, Woods announced their relationship on social media, including photos of the couple, and asked the public for privacy.

“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time we would appreciate privacy to all those close to our hearts,” Woods posted across his social channels.

Vanessa also reposted the message on her Instagram Story.

Woods and Vanessa had been the subjects of romance buzz for some time before he confirmed it.

Vanessa and daughter Kai, who committed to the University of Miami’s golf team last summer, supported Woods at various events in recent months, including the Genesis Invitational at Torrey Pines Golf Course in La Jolla, Calif., on Feb. 16.

The Post confirmed Woods and Vanessa are taking things slow after their friendship blossomed into “something more.”

Vanessa was married to Donald Trump Jr. from 2005-18, and they have five children together.

Woods’ past infidelity scandal with his ex-wife, Swedish model Elin Nordegren, led to their divorce in 2010 after six years of marriage.

Vanessa Trump, the ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr. , has moved on from her 13-year marriage with a number of unanswered questions about an alleged affair she had during their union.

She’s found new love with golf legend Tiger Woods, and rumors are swirling about them moving in together and possibly even getting hitched.

Since they made their relationship public at the beginning of the year, Trump and Woods have tried to keep their private lives under wraps. However, there’s been plenty of chatter about their past relationships, including Trump’s dating history. The news follows Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump’s ‘wedding plans’ slammed as ‘publicity stunt’.

Woods isn’t the only big name that’s been linked to the 47 year old socialite. She’s reportedly dated everyone from Leonardo DiCaprio to a Saudi prince.

But it’s the speculation about potential infidelity during her marriage to Don Jr. that’s raised eyebrows, especially since these rumors surfaced years after their split in 2021, reports the Irish Star.

In her book “Zero Fail: The Rise and Fall of the Secret Service,” published in May 2021, journalist Carol Leonnig claims that “Secret Service agents reported that Vanessa Trump had begun dating one of the agents who had been assigned to her family.”

The timeline of this alleged affair is unclear, but it’s worth noting that Don Jr. asked to terminate his family’s Secret Service protection in September 2017, against the agency’s advice.

According to Leonnig, the Secret Service agent involved faced no repercussions because the affair only came to light after the agency had stopped working for the family.

Last month, it was revealed that Trump had promised her children she wouldn’t start a new relationship until they were grown, following her split from their father.

“When her youngest Chloe turned 10, that’s when she opened her heart to find someone new,” an insider told the Daily Mail. “None of them objected to her dating, and in fact, they all love Tiger. That’s why it got so serious, so fast – her kids love him, his kids love her.”

Around the same time, another source told RadarOnline.com that Woods and Trump are eyeing the White House as the ideal place to get hitched.

While the PGA Tour star has a famously close relationship with President Trump, who at age 79 revealed in late March that Woods had reached out to him about his relationship with his ex-daughter-in-law and received his blessing, many have raised eyebrows.

Not only do some find it odd for President Trump to invite his son’s ex-wife into the White House to marry another man, but many are puzzled as to why Woods would choose such a location to wed his new flame.

Kai Trump has named Tiger Woods as one of the biggest influences on her golf journey following her recent debut at the Arnold Palmer Invitational Junior. It comes after she revealed her shared love with grandfather Donald for another sport.

The 18-year-old became the first relative of a sitting U.S. President to participate in an AJGA event this week when she lined up alongside some of the nation’s most promising young golfers at Bay Hill, in what is one of the most competitive junior golf tournaments in the country.

This year alone, Trump – who is set to represent the University of Miami in 2026 – has already featured in the 41st Nicklaus Junior Championship and the Sage Valley Junior Invitational, while she secured her biggest golfing achievement yet with a T3 finish on the Srixon Medalist Tour last month.

Unfortunately for Donald Trump’s granddaughter, she couldn’t follow it up with another impressive result at the APIJr, finishing 26th, second to last, with a score of 35 over par, but it was what she said afterwards that really caught the eye.

Speaking to the American Jr Golf Association in her post-tournament interview, the teenager was quizzed about her roots in the game and the biggest influences on her journey so far, where she namedropped a familiar face.

“I would say a lot of the pros, obviously, like looking up to them and watching them,” Trump began. “Obviously, Tiger [Woods], Rory [McIlroy]. Like watching those guys, especially at such a young age, and now I get to know them.

“It has been really cool, and that obviously kind of influenced me. But also, I’d say like my mom, I wouldn’t be playing golf without her.”

For any young aspiring golfer, Woods is always likely to be someone they look up to, and that’s no different for Trump. However, given the 49-year-old is now dating her mom, Vanessa, it holds even more significance.

Especially considering the golf icon could now be in a position to help mentor his new love interest’s daughter, alongside his own son, Charlie, who also continues to make waves in the junior age groups.

Following the death of his mother, Kultida, earlier this year, Woods was spotted breaking his cover alongside Trump as the duo turned up to the Genesis Invitational together.

The pair were seen wearing clothing from Woods’ Sun Day Red brand, with Trump sporting the company’s Luxe Lounge mid-weight quarter-zip pullover, which she paired with a white polo and black trousers.

Around the same time, the young golfer, whose willingness to walk alongside Woods suggested she approves of his relationship with her mom, had signed an endorsement deal with TaylorMade, which co-created Sun Day Red with Woods.

With Woods and Vanessa’s relationship said to be going from strength to strength, it can only be a good thing for Trump’s future in golf, providing her with excellent opportunity to seek advice and learn from arguably the greatest to ever do it.

When Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump confirmed they were a couple, it was a match made in Florida golf heaven.

However, now that the dust has settled and the future looks bright, many within their friend group have been leaking surprising information to gossip outlets. First, there was discussion on a big relationship step. “They’re very serious. Wedding bells serious,” an insider divulged to Page Six, but now it’s speculated that Woods and Vanessa are walking that back a bit, and with financial reasons to support their trepidation.

According to another set of sources that trotted to the Daily Mail, both Vanessa and Woods have baggage from previous divorces that would make it hard to justify a wedding so soon. When Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa got divorced, Vanessa was able to snag quite the hefty alimony settlement. While the official amount she received is under wraps, Celebrity Net Worth does value Vanessa at a cool $75 million, and according to an insider, if Vanessa got remarried, ” … it would just complicate her alimony from Donald [Trump Jr.].”

When Woods divorced his ex-wife Elin Nordegren, she reportedly received $100 million as part of the divorce settlement, which would give anyone pause to hop into another marriage. This could be partially why one of Woods’ friends dished that, “I think it would take a lot to get him to be a groom again.” Although, despite the odds against them, there still seems to be a loyal few willing to root for the couple to eventually walk down the aisle.

Though they both come with their fair share of messiness, Vanessa Trump and Tiger Woods seem to have support for their union from friends and family. Woods and ex-wife Elin Nordegren share a blended family that includes their son Charlie, who is an avid golfer alongside Kai Trump, the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa. While these similarities are a good start, what really could be keeping the couple afloat, at least in part, is that Kai seemingly approves of her mom and Woods dating. Not only that, but Woods likely has an in with the patriarch of the family, as President Donald Trump and Woods have their own unique relationship.

Even with all this going for them, it seems that Vanessa and Woods really value getting to know each other out of the spotlight. In a somewhat lopsided move, when Woods announced on Instagram that he and Vanessa were dating, he ended the post with a plea for peace and quiet, stating, “At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts.” It makes sense that a couple so attached to family drama and chaotic circumstances would like to take it slow and low for a while. Besides, as one of Woods’ friends said to the Daily Mail, “He has been with women for years and not [gotten re-married].” So, perhaps they are just settling in for a long haul instead of a quick walk down the aisle.

There’s been a lot of buzz surrounding Tiger Woods’ relationship with Vanessa Trump and the rumor that they are going to get engaged soon. Now, insiders close to the professional golfer are putting the brakes on that tea.

The source told the Daily Mail that there’s a solid reason for both Woods and Vanessa to put the marriage talk on ice. “Cynically, why should she get married? There’s no point of it, and it would just complicate her alimony from Donald [Trump Jr.],” the insider claimed. “And Tiger, of course, paid out a lot in his divorce from Elin [Nordegren], and I don’t think he’s particularly excited to do that again.”

Vanessa shares five children with Donald Jr.: Kai, 18, Donald III, 16, Tristan, 13, Spencer, 12, and Chloe, 11. Her settlement with Donald Trump’s eldest son is unknown, but Celebrity Net Worth estimates her fortune to be in the $75 million neighborhood.

Woods, who shares daughter Sam, 18, and son Charlie, 16, with Nordegren, paid out a reported tidy sum of $100 million in their 2010 divorce. “If you know Tiger, you know that he’s not the type to just get married at the drop of a hat,” added the source. “He has been with women for years and not done that. I think it would take a lot to get him to be a groom again.”

Still, the rumors have been rampant that Vanessa and Woods are fast-tracking their romance. On July 4, Page Six noted that Vanessa’s pals were sharing that the dynamic duo was “wedding bells serious” in their relationship. There is no engagement news to share so far, but the mom of five is reportedly head over heels for the golf legend.

“She’s so happy! She’s finally found happiness. She’s found happiness for the first time in her life,” they gushed.

Woods and Vanessa prefer their privacy and have bonded over their children’s love of golf — Woods’ son Charlie is following in his father’s footsteps, and her daughter Kai is committed to the University of Miami to play golf in the fall of 2026.

Neither of them has made any comment about their blossoming love, but Woods did post an uncharacteristically personal note on his Instagram page on March 23.

“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side,” he wrote in the caption alongside two loving snapshots with Vanessa. “We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time, we would appreciate privacy to all those close to our hearts.”

Tiger Woods will not be marrying Vanessa Trump anytime soon despite claims that the couple are “wedding bells serious”, a friend of the PGA Tour star has claimed.

The duo are said to have been progressing with their relationship at a serious rate since publicly announcing their love for each other back in March, with one source close to them revealing just two months later that they could be “living together by the end of the year”.

Despite gaining the blessing of their children, which includes keen golfers Kai Trump, 18, and Charlie Woods, 16, not much has been revealed about Woods and Donald Trump’s former daughter-in-law, with the pair doing their best to remain out of the public eye.

Woods and Trump live just 20 minutes apart in the wealthy southern Florida enclave of Palm Beach and according to a friend of the former, it’s believed to be only a matter of time before they’re living under the same roof, as per a previous report from the Daily Mail.

Earlier this month, a fresh bombshell update claimed that the couple could even be heading towards marriage, despite only believed to have started dating around Thanksgiving, with a source close to Trump telling Page Six that “they’re very serious,” adding, “Wedding bells serious.”

Now, however, another friend of Woods has rubbished any talk of an imminent wedding to the Daily Mail, pointing towards the couple having financial reasons for why marriage would not make sense.

“Cynically, why should she get married? There’s no point of it, and it would just complicate her alimony from Donald [Trump Jr.],’ the friend said. “And Tiger of course paid out a lot in his divorce from Elin [Nordegren], and I don’t think he’s particularly excited to do that again.”

Woods’ friend – who is said to have known him for nearly two decades according to the Daily Mail report – also suggested that the golfer doesn’t yet know Trump well enough to get married again.

“If you know Tiger, you know that he’s not the type to just get married at the drop of a hat,’ said the friend. “He has been with women for years and not done that. I think it would take a lot to get him to be a groom again.”

While the Woods source insisted that the couple’s relationship is serious, they can’t see it meaning they will be walking down the aisle together anytime soon.

“Honestly, it makes no sense for them to do that at this point,” the insider said. “It’s 2025. You don’t need to be married if you don’t want to. Why mess with something that’s working so well?”

Although Trump’s source didn’t disclose whether anything is actually in the works with regards to an engagement or wedding date, they did say that the 47-year-old, who was previously married to Donald Trump Jr., is “so happy”.

Revealing that he and Trump had embarked on a relationship earlier in the year, Woods previously said on social media: “Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side!”

Vanessa Trump has opened up on the “emotional rollercoaster” she went through with her eldest daughter, Kai Trump, last summer when choosing which university she would be attending in 2026.

The U.S. President’s former daughter-in-law may have hit the headlines earlier this year when her relationship with Tiger Woods was officially announced, yet her recent admission on another memorable moment within the last 12 months has now also caught the attention.

Kai recently gave fans a glimpse into what her mom is really like behind the scenes in a TikTok video of the two sharing dinner together. Thankfully for the 47-year-old, Woods’ children are already fond of her, with their warmth towards their dad’s new girlfriend a mutual feeling – as U.S. President Donald Trump gave the romance his seal of approval.

Trump, however, has recently turned heads by revealing what it was like to help her daughter choose her university for next year. Last summer, the mother-daughter duo visited a number of colleges, before Kai ultimately chose to play golf at the University of Miami.

And while she is incredibly proud of the 18-year-old and will offer her full support, Woods’ new flame couldn’t help but admit that it certainly took a toll on her emotions in a recent video uploaded to Kai’s popular YouTube channel.

When asked by one fan to share one of their favorite moments together, Trump said: “We visited quite a few colleges this past summer, which was an emotional roller coaster, a little bit.

“Because obviously when your kid goes away you want them to pick the school that they want to go to, but inside I also want her to go not too far.”

Trump then added that, despite feeling anxious about her daughter leaving home, she remained quiet about the situation in order to allow the aspiring golfer to choose her own path. After Kai chose Miami, Trump admitted that she felt “lucky”.

Her daughter recently caught the eye at the 41st edition of the Nicklaus Junior Championship where she performed alongside Woods’ son, Charlie, although it was the latter who ended up by far the happier at the end of the two-round tournament.

The teenagers, bearing the weight of such huge names on their back, have emerged as two of the nation’s most promising golfers within their respective age categories, and put their skills to the test once more by teeing off in Florida at the end of last month.

Kai Trump

After finishing even-par for the tournament with a final round 69 (2-under), Charlie placed sixth in a field of 122 boys golfers, finishing just four shots back of eventual winner Jeremy Hsu of Port St. Lucie, who won the tournament at 4-under.

Kai, meanwhile, finished tied for 21st out of 32 golfers, having struggled to a final round score of a 3-over 74, putting her 17-over for the tournament. That’s despite playing the front nine at 1-under – the best of any girls player in the final round.

Both teenagers currently attend the Benjamin School, a private school in Palm Beach, Florida, where Kai is varsity captain of the golf team. Like her, Charlie is also aspiring to become a pro on the greens, and recently secured his place in the U.S Junior Amateur Championship in July.
